About Mainly Health Plans SL

After working for several years in different activities it became clear that these could be managed better. Mainly Health Plans SL was created in 2007 to incorporate these activities.

Insurance activities

I have offered health insurance since 1992, initially as 'agente exclusivo' (a tied agent), then as an insurance agency ('agencia exclusiva') and after complying with the requirements of the Spanish Insurance Ministry (DGSFP), as a 'Sociedad de agencia de seguros vinculada' (ie working with several insurance companies, offering clients the companies' own resources eg for making complaints, and compliance with Spanish insurance law which incorporates and develops the European Insurance Directive 2002/92/EC ).

In compliance with the European Insurance Directive 2002/92/EC I am requesting authorisation to offer insurance products throughout the European Economic Zone.

Translations (sworn and normal)

Normal translations (Spanish to English, English to Spanish) have been provided since 1990, and sworn translations since 2006.

Since 1982 we have been involved in property management and investment

Since 2000, before and after the 'dot.com' crash) we have been offering internet activities and the provision of information and training services.
