Covers
- Fire, explosion,
smoke,
lightning and
electrical damage,
including damage to boilers, heaters, heating pipes and other
permanent installations.
- Water damage and material losses due to

coming in from other homes and damage
arising as a result of failure to shut off faucets and taps. This cover
includes the expense of locating the problem, and the repair or
replacement of the part that caused the damage.
- Perils due to
forces of nature (weather phenomena).
- Flooding caused by water moving over the ground as
a result of rainfall.
- Acts of
vandalism and malicious damage caused by
individuals or groups.

- Theft with violence, mugging or theft with intimidation

mysterious disappearance:
- Cash is guaranteed on a first-loss basis up to
€300 per claim.

Mysterious disappearance, up to 25% of the
total contents sum insured, with a limit of up to €3,000 per claim
and year. The mysterious disappearance of
objects of
special value,
gems and jewellery is guaranteed on a first loss basis up to €300
per claim.
- Mugging, insured on a first-loss basis up to
€1,200 per claim, with a sub-limit of €300 for cash, even when
multiple insured parties are affected.

Credit card fraud, insured on a first-loss
basis up to €600 per claim and year.
- Lock
replacement expenses in the event of
theft with violence.
In the event of a claim
Claims must be reported as soon as possible and within a maximum period
of 7 days.
- Use all means within your power to lessen the consequences of the
claim and protect insured objects.
- As soon as you become aware that a loss has occurred, you must
report it to your Insurance agent or directly to the Company.
- If a third party files
a liability claim, before accepting
liability, inform your Insurance
agent or the Company so that we can
contact the party filing the claim.
